Wyoming Fall

Wyoming Fall

I packed up my camera bags and headed to Jackson Hole at the end of September. This was my 3rd time with the Jeff Clow Photo Tours and my second time in Jackson Hole. The fall leaves where just changing and we had some very beautiful skies, clouds and scenery. Not much wildlife to look at over the 4 days, but there was still lots of shooting to be had. Wyoming Fall's are incredibly beautiful and you get a different experience each time you go there.

Here is a selection of images from the tour.

Cameras used: Pentax 645z, 35mm and 80-160mm.

Nikon D800: 24-70, 70-200mm

Nikon D4s: Sigma 150-600mm Sport Lens.

Easter Weekend

Easter Weekend

Over the Easter Long Weekend, I has lucky enough to hang out with some friends in Beautiful Big Sky Montana. Our Weekend started off with an amazing Helicopter ride, a Pie run by private plane and then finishing off with some fly fishing on the Bitterroot River. After stuffing our faces with some amazing Easter food and PIE, we finished off our Sunday evening with some target shooting and beer drinking!!! It was really an amazing weekend and I don't know how we will ever top it again.

Here are some sample shots from our "BEST WEEKEND EVER"!!!

Big Sky Fall

Big Sky Fall Fall is one of the best times to be in Montana. The trees are slowly turning, the weather is generally favorable and the day-by-day lighting is a photographers dream. I started my trip off with a little trout fishing in Holter Lake. The lake is a incredible intricate lake; one that Lewis and Clark navigated on their way through the State. I was fortunate enough to see some beautiful Big Horn Sheep, Antelope and lots of deer like usual.  Most of the shots are taken with a Nikon D800 or a Nikon D600. The animal shots are with a 300mm 2.8 1.7x Tele convertor.

Crankworx Endero

Crankworx Endero  I spent the day on "The Top of the World" On Whistler Mt. After 1 Gondola ride and a quick chair life up to the top, we were greeted with amazing views of the surrounding mountain ranges and some excellent talent on their bikes. Alterna Films was shooting some footage for GT Mountain Bikes and I tagged along to get some behind the scenes shots. Here are a couple of samples on the day! The Mountain Biking was extremely impressive and the lighting ended up being pretty amazing!
