Pinas Bay 2015
Pinas Bay 2015
We fished December 2014 and Jan/Feb 2015 this year. The bite was sporadic at times through out the trips, but towards the end of Jan, fishing had really started to pick up. We raised a lot of marlin, but there was a bit of a finicky bite at times.
In total the Hooker Caught 20 Marlin, Raised 43 Marlin, Countless sailfish and LOTS & LOTS of Dorado (AKA: Green Hornets).
At the end of January, the Picaflor and the Hooker Caught around 17 Marlin between both boats in only 10 days...clearly the bite had taken off and it was almost bittersweet to have to pack up and head home at that point.
Here is a selection of images through out the trip. Blog 1 of 2 Posts!
Tried to get this Girl Going again, but she was too far gone.
After 20 min of trying to get this girl going again after she was tailed rapped, she just couldn't get going again.
Every bit of this wish will go to the Village of Pinas Bay. Every bit will get used!!!

Here are some shots from Early Aug on the Clark Fork. We headed out for a day of fun fishing. Not too many fish, but over all still had a great time. Thanks to Drew and Grizzley Hackle for making sure we had a great trip!
