Wild Hores of Wyoming. The Pryor Mountain Wild Horse Range located in Wyoming is no secret to the world. You can google the range, buy books about the horses and you can even look up there names that people have given them. These horses are unique. Thier lineage links back to the Spanish Conquistadors and these horses ancestors have been wondering the mountains well before any of our time. The thing that I found to be so amazing, was that the horses are just up in the Pryor Mountains, existing all on their own in a serene oasis of an environment.

Tetons Adventure
Every Fall I head to the Tetons to photograph the changing of the fall colors! Every year I am always amazed by the Tetons. How different they can look, how quickly the colors can change and how cold or hot it can become at this time of the year. The Tetons are pretty spectacular. They remind me of the Bitterroot mountain range in Montana.

Wranglers and Cowboys
Last weekend brough rain, mist and some cooler weather up in Wisdom Montana. The boys where tasked with the job of wrangling up the cattle and moving them into the carrels. It was pretty impressive to watch them work and see the horses quickly cut and run.
I used my Nikon D4s, 70-200mm 2.8 Lens and also my iPhone 6, editing the iPhone images with the Photoshop app.
Here is a collection of the images from last weekend.
Wisdom Summer
Wisdom Summer
I packed up my Pentax 645z and headed to Wisdom yesterday. The winds where blowing, but the light was pretty good for the most part. I unfortunately forgot my tripod at home and found myself attempting to slow down my shutter to try and capture the movement of the grass, clouds and water. I found out quickly however, that handholding a Medium Format camera at 1/6th of a second with the mirror locked up, proved to not be the best method.
Here are some images that I took yesterday evening. Its everything from Landscapes to horses to hiking in a burn area.
Equipment used:
-Pentax 645z
-Pentax 35mm f3.5
-Pentax 80-160mm f4
My attempt at a long exposure hand held. Not so easy with a Medium format camera!
And one more attempt at hand holding 1/6th of a sec!
