Easter Weekend

Easter Weekend

Over the Easter Long Weekend, I has lucky enough to hang out with some friends in Beautiful Big Sky Montana. Our Weekend started off with an amazing Helicopter ride, a Pie run by private plane and then finishing off with some fly fishing on the Bitterroot River. After stuffing our faces with some amazing Easter food and PIE, we finished off our Sunday evening with some target shooting and beer drinking!!! It was really an amazing weekend and I don't know how we will ever top it again.

Here are some sample shots from our "BEST WEEKEND EVER"!!!

Taven 9 Weeks Old Photo Samples

Taven 9 Weeks Old Photo Samples

Yesterday I took the very cute Taven's 9 Weeks Old pictures! We ended up having to do the shoot over a two day period, due to the fact that Taven was having a bit of a rough Modelling day the on the first day of the shoot, but she really picked up her game on day two!! ;-)

Here are some samples from the 2 days of shooting. I had a great time and can't wait to shoot her at 6 months as well! Cute Summer clothing shoot!!!!

Vancouver Lights

Vancouver Lights

I did a very quick time-lapse the other night while I was in Downtown Vancouver. I used the build in time-lapse in the Nikon D800. I used the 14-24mm 2.8 Lens. I should of started my time-lapse earlier so you could see the Vancouver Lights turning on as the sky got darker...Oh well next time.

Remember to Click 1080p on under the youtube resolution!!!

Hanging with Z and G

Hanging with Z and G

I had such a fun day hanging with my Niece and Nephew Zach and Gracie. In order to keep the kids busy, we decided to pop outside and play in the newly blossoming Blue Bonnets.  Here are some pictures of the kids playing around. I have decided once a photographer, always a photographer, I can never go anywhere with out the camera in hand!

I had fun playing around with my Nifty Fifty lens and also my 70-200 2.8 massive lens!

Montana To Texas

Montana To Texas

I recently did a small road trip from Montana to Texas. In our almost 1,980 Miles, we saw endless sky's, fields and rolling hills. The trip lasted 3nights and 4 days and all of the photographs where taken out of the co-pilots window while moving. There is no stopping when Wade is your driver, so I learnt to be quick and get the shots before we passed them by. I learned that shooting through the tinted windows worked pretty good as long as your lens was pressed up against the glass, but sometimes the focus would be off. So I tried to roll down my window at a rapid pace in order to get the shots that I really wanted.

The pictures are in no particular order, but maybe you can guess what States each image are from. We drove from Montana, Wyoming, Colorado, New Mexico and then Texas!
